1. General Policy

Fees paid towards application processing, counselling, documentation support, welfare cards, or service charges are generally non-refundable once the service process has been initiated.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by the user
• Payment deducted but service request not recorded in our system
• Transaction failure where amount is captured but service is not delivered
• Any case approved by management after internal verification

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be entertained in the following cases:

• Change of mind after successful registration
• Failure to provide required documents from the applicant side
• Admission not secured due to academic ineligibility
• Delay caused by the student or third-party institutions
• Services already rendered or partially delivered

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The exact credit timeline depends on the payment gateway or banking partner.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway convenience fees, bank charges, or transaction processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email with proper transaction details. Requests without sufficient proof may not be processed.
