Fees paid towards application processing, counselling, documentation support, welfare cards, or service charges are generally non-refundable once the service process has been initiated.

Any payment gateway convenience fees, bank charges, or transaction processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email with proper transaction details. Requests without sufficient proof may not be processed.
